Located close to the Mediterranean Sea, the olive trees are implanted at a distance from each other that allows them to provide for themselves with minimal human intervention. By encouraging collaboration instead of competition, olives feast on natural soil nutriments to find their fruity and complex flavour. Our olive oil is cold-pressed from hand-picked olives, giving it a mild and fruity taste, with a spicy finale. To be eaten raw in order to savour the complexity of its flavours.
